EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Exhibit Space 2008:  8ft by 10ft  with skirted 6ft table, pipe and drape and chairs. Members: $900 (includes 2 attendees).  Additional attendees is only $75 each (Maximum of four (4) per booth). Non-Member Exhibitors:  $1,150 (includes one (1) attendee), $100 for additional, (Maximum four (4) per booth).  Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis). (30 Spaces will be available).

CANCELLATION POLICY: (Attendee Registration Only...Exhibitor Cancellation fee outlined in Exhibitor Contract)
Cancellation and request for a refund of registration fee (less $50 for processing refund)  must be made in writing (mail, fax or email)  no later than November 1, 2008.  "No-shows" are not eligible for refund.  Sorry, requests received after November 1,2008 will not be eligible for refund.  Substitutions are acceptable.  Please notify of substitution as soon as possible for accurate registration of substitute.
