We recognize the importance of Vendors participating at our conference each year...which helps make our conference a success!
In a continued effort to provide more traffic to the exhibit booths we have arranged for functions outside the general sessions to be in the exhibit area. This includes all refreshment breaks, breakfasts as well as the Opening Night Reception. Lunch will be provided for all registrants, although may not be seated in the exhibit area, will be close by, so attendees will have access to exhibit area during the lunch break on Wednesday.
Exhibitor Registration Fees include the Following:
Space: 8' x10 pipe & drape with one 6' skirted table, two chairs, waste basket and signage, includes two registrations to attend all functions. Additional attendants for the booth is $75 each (members) and $100 each (non-members) with a limit of four (4) total attenants per booth at either rate. Fee also includes 110v outlet upon request.

Set-Up / Show Hours / Tear-Down:
Set-Up may begin on Monday, November 17, 2008 between 1:00 PM-5:00 PM
Set-Up & Move-in must be completed by 4:00 PM on Tuesday in order to prepare for the Opening Night Reception which begins at 6:00 PM in the Exhibit Area.
