SEAUPG membership is represented by thirteen (14) Southeastern States divided into three (3) Sub-Groups:

East Sub-Group: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia & West Virginia

Central Sub-Group: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, & Tennessee

West Sub-Group: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas.

SEAUPG is a volunteer organization of professionals and experts from various facets of the asphalt paving HMA industry working to promote better performing asphalt pavements and asphalt paving technology exchange in the Southeastern states, often in cooperation with other organizations sharing mutual interest. The broad range of member expertise and experience makes committee work especially rewarding.
